Unlock your potential with our recruit to own program

The Express Recruite to Own Program is unique and offered to experienced recruitment professionals who want to own their own business. You won’t find this opportunity anywhere else — and is designed to develop the leadership and business skills needed to become a successful Franchise Owner.
Network & learn from leaders

If you qualify, you will:

  • Be employed by Express for up to 12 months in a forward-facing business development role.
  • Education through our one-on-one mentoring, on-the-job scenarios, and interactions with our corporate team and Franchise Owners. Work with Express to identify a suitable potential territory to develop.
  • Work with Express to identify a suitable potential territory to develop.

The goal is to finish the program in 12 months and be promoted into franchise ownership of your territory. During this transition, you will receive access to all the support we offer our Franchise Owners.
